AForClimate al IV Congresso di Selvicoltura
Il Progetto Life AForClimate parteciperà al IV Congresso di Selvicoltura in programma a Torino nei giorni 5-9 Novembre 2018. Lo staff del progetto ha infatti presentato due abstract, che sono stati entrambi accettati dal Comitato scientifico dell’importante evento decennale, organizzato dall’Accademia Italiana di Scienze Forestali.

L’innalzamento della temperatura globale è una problematica di grande attualità, che ha ed avrà sempre di più forti ripercussioni anche sulle foreste e sulla loro gestione.

Who we are
The LIFE AForClimate project aims to provide concrete options to achieve solutions in forestry and forest planning that are effective in adapting to climate change. The objective is to adapt the management of the beech forests (Fagus sylvatica) to the variability of climate and its changes during time by programming forest management and interventions on the basis of climate cycles.
